Leading A or L West Midlander is awarded 100 points
Leading B or S West Midlander is awarded 80 points
Other competitors are awarded (Winner's Time/Own Time) * (100 or 80)
e.g.
If you take winner's time + 25% you get 80 (A/L) or 64 (B/S)
If you take winner's time + 50% you get 67 (A/L) or 53 (B/S)
If you take winner's time +100% you get 50 (A/L) or 40 (B/S)
Your score is the total of your 5 best scores.
